The main challenge was managing a complex survey across a vast and linear geographical corridor spanning six states, from Punjab to West Bengal. This required immense logistical coordination to ensure sampling consistency and standardized fieldwork across diverse communities.
Sigma utilized its extensive field network and CAPI technology (SurveyCTO) to manage the dispersed teams effectively. This allowed for real-time data monitoring and adherence to stringent quality checks across all locations, ensuring a unified and reliable dataset.
The study provided GAIL with critical, evidence-based insights into the social impact of its CSR investments. The data enabled the organization to measure program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and report on its social contributions with confidence.
This project highlights our expertise in conducting large-scale, logistically complex CSR impact assessments for India's leading Public Sector Undertakings, translating field data into strategic value for our clients..
