CAPI Development & Data Management

• Application Development: Expertise in developing CAPI (Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing) applications and managing complex datasets for major national surveys. Key projects include:

  • Comprehensive National Nutritional Survey (CNNS) for UNICEF.

  • Ujjwal Baseline Study for Futures Group.

  • Behaviour Change Mechanism (BCM) Baseline for the Population Council.

  • SHOPs Study for Abt Associates.

• Data Processing & Analysis: Proficient in data processing, analysis, and management for large-scale projects, including NFHS-3, DLHS-3, and studies for clients like UNAIDS, IIM Bangalore, and RTI International.

• Qualitative Analysis: Experienced in conducting qualitative content analysis for various research studies.

Training & Capacity Building

• Master Trainer: Served as a Master Trainer for several national-level studies, including LASI, CNNS, RMNCH, and the Ujjwal Baseline Study.

• Technical Training: Conducts training workshops on CAPI software (CSPro, SurveyCTO, Survey Solutions) for field teams.

• Academic Workshops: Delivers training on mobile data collection and data analysis (using SPSS) to postgraduate students, PhD scholars, and government officials.

Project Monitoring & Coordination

• Lead Roles: Monitored and coordinated numerous studies, including evaluation studies for Room to Read, monitoring for Pramanit Karya, and the Dasra Adolescents collaborative study for Impact Foundation India.

• Survey Rounds: Managed various rounds of the Behavioural Surveillance Survey (BSS) and the Integrated Behavioural and Biological Assessment (IBBA), including training on RDS methodology.
