Expertise across the entire research lifecycle, including proposal development, tool design, methodology, investigator training, field operations, quality control, data analysis, and report writing.
Managed and supervised key national surveys, including the District Level Household Survey (DLHS-1, 2, 3 & 4) and the National Family Health Survey (NFHS-1) in Andhra Pradesh.
Conducted the Demographic and Health Survey for the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC).
International Consulting & Advisory Roles
Served as a TCDC Consultant for a Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) project on 'Best Practices in Micro-Finance Management' in Zambia.
Member of the Expert Group for the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), responsible for developing survey protocols.
Acts as a Resource Person for the Indian Institute of Health and Family Welfare, training statistical personnel in population concepts, M&E, and Health Management Information Systems (HMIS).
Publications & Academic Contributions
Co-edited the book, Population and Reproductive Health: Perspectives and Issues (2011).
Authored a lesson on 'Access to Basic Health' for the Post Graduate Diploma program at the University of Hyderabad-NIRD.
Published 4 research papers and presented approximately 20 papers at various national conferences and workshops.

Currently serving as the Vice President of the Indian Association for the Study of Population (IASP), having previously served as its Joint Secretary (2013-15).
Life Member of the Indian Association for the Study of Population (IASP), the Indian Association of Social Sciences and Health (IASSH), and the Andhra Pradesh Economic Association.
