Has been responsible for execution of fieldwork in the North zone and has extensive knowledge of various field techniques and systems, planning & recruitment of human resources, overall management and monitoring of field work.

In Social Development –

Surgo Health: To guide and support a large-scale data collection project on child immunization behaviors and choices in select state/s in India. Major role in facilitating the integration of insights from the field into Surgo’s research design and ensuring smooth completion of large-scale survey data collection. To assist in developing the health system and socio-cultural context of selected geographies to support research design through field research and by engaging key stakeholders. Lead the process of translation and contextualization of survey instruments as well as development of training modules for field enumerators. Closely support data collection, vendor selection, and onboarding process and monitor overall data collection under the project. Responsible for providing regular updates on progress and challenges. Identify and support any follow-up fieldwork that may be needed post-survey data collection for triangulation or clarification of insights.

WJCF: Manage field operations for implementation of SRH programs and pilot roll out in various districts of Madhya Pradesh. To develop good relationships with Govt dept of MP (National Health Mission) and coordinate approvals, demonstrations, and disseminations of SRH related programs and activities. Training, handholding, support, and guidance for capacity building of Program Coordinators (PCs). Engage with program team to achieve program goals, strategies, implementation, and performance status. Frequent field visits to oversee the smooth implementation of program. Conducting in-house research, such as household interviews, in-depth interviews, and group discussions with stakeholders. Conduct training to research agencies and monitor their field activities.
